Deleted transactions cannot be recovered, but you can create a new transaction with the same details. Consider using transaction descriptions to keep detailed records.
Check that: (1) The transaction is marked as "Recurring," (2) The frequency is set correctly, (3) The start date is in the past or today, (4) The end date (if set) hasn't passed. Contact support if issues persist.
First, verify your email and password are correct. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link. If problems continue, contact our support team.
Go to Profile Management, select the profile you want to delete, and click "Delete Profile." Warning: This action cannot be undone and will remove all associated transactions.
Currently, transaction history is viewable within the app. Export features are planned for future updates. Contact support if you need specific transaction records.
