Zsebee Privacy Policy

Welcome to Zsebee, the family financial education app. Your privacy and your child's privacy are important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in line with the GDPR and all applicable regulations in Europe and worldwide.

1. Who We Are

Zsebee is a product of Isht1 Tech Kft., based in Hungary and operated in compliance with European privacy laws, including GDPR and regulations concerning children's online privacy.

2. What Information We Collect

Parent Account Data: Email address, password (encrypted), parent's name (optional), and payment information (processed securely via Stripe).
Child Profile Data: First name or nickname, age (or birth year), avatar choice. No photo or personal contact information is collected for children.
App Usage Data: Task completions, goal progress, rewards (GOLD), and simulator interaction data.
Device and Analytics Data: Non-identifiable device/browser information, IP address, and aggregated analytics to improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

To set up and manage your Zsebee account and profiles.
To deliver and improve app features and customer support.
To provide parent-approved allowance distribution, rewards, and financial education simulations.
To analyze trends and app performance anonymously and securely.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Children's Privacy & Parental Consent

Only parents may create accounts and manage in-app transactions.
Parental consent is obtained during signup before any child's data is added.
All child profiles are under the direct control of the parent's account.
No advertising, data sharing, or sale of children's data for marketing is permitted in Zsebee.

5. Data Sharing & Processors

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
Analytics partners receive only anonymized, non-identifiable app usage statistics.
We do not sell or rent your (or your child's) data to third parties.

6. Data Security & Retention

All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We retain user data only as long as necessary for active app accounts or as legally required.
Parents may request deletion of any child profile or close the account at any time. Data is erased within 30 days of such requests unless required for legal reasons.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located in the EU. If data is transferred outside the EU, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Your Rights

Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
Withdraw consent for processing your data (may limit access to app features).
Object to certain processing, restrict data, or receive a copy in a portable format.
Contact us or your local Data Protection Authority at any time.
