Zsebee Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions or purchases made through Zsebee. We strive to provide a positive and transparent experience for our users.


1. Subscription Refunds

Zsebee operates on a subscription basis with recurring billing. All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

2. Free Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period to new users. During this trial, you can evaluate Zsebee's features without charge. You may cancel anytime within the trial period to avoid being charged. Once the trial expires, the subscription will automatically renew and billing will begin.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our support team at hello@zsebee.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we aim to address genuine issues fairly and promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds are provided for subscription fees already paid and consumed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction or lack of usage of the service after the billing period has started.
  • Refunds are not offered for changes in your personal circumstances or preferences.

5. Payment Processors

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Zsebee does not store your payment information. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications before taking effect.
