Zsebee Terms of Service

Welcome to Zsebee! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zsebee, a financial education application designed for children ages 5–18 and their parents.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Zsebee, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the children using Zsebee.
  • Only parents or guardians may create accounts and manage all financial transactions within Zsebee.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring no unauthorized access happens.
  • Each account may create multiple child profiles for children between ages 5 to 18.

3. Service Description

Zsebee offers allowance management, task rewards, goal tracking, and a simplified investment simulator using a virtual currency called GOLD. All transactions involving GOLD require parental approval.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  • You will supervise your children’s activities on Zsebee and ensure appropriate use.
  • All financial transactions in the app must be approved by a parent or guardian; children cannot perform monetary transactions independently.
  • You agree not to misuse Zsebee or attempt to circumvent controls or disrupt services.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Zsebee operates via subscription. Subscription fees, payment methods, and billing cycles will be clearly presented during sign-up.
  • All payment processing is securely handled by Stripe; Zsebee does not store your payment information.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refund policies are outlined in the refund section below.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Zsebee content, software, graphics, and trademarks are the property of Isht1 Tech Kft. or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Zsebee is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data and your children’s data are collected and used.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zsebee is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee continuous, error-free service or that the app will meet your expectations. Isht1 Tech Kft. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation or termination, access to paid features will end, but your account data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users via email and in-app message before material changes take effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in Hungarian courts.
